Who We Are
For more than 20 years, we’ve helped patients, families, and rehab teams get the right wheelchairs and mobility equipment – and kept that equipment safe, adjusted, and supported over time.

Mission: “We help people with disabilities get the right wheelchair, faster”

That means we handle the paperwork, fight through red tape, and stay on cases until the right equipment is in the home.

1992
Year founded
Our roots are local. Our focus is mobility.
Our roots are local. Our focus is mobility.
MedMo started as a small, local DME company serving the Las Vegas valley. Over the years, we saw the same pattern: medically complex adults being pushed through generic equipment decisions, endless paperwork, and long waits, with no one really owning the outcome.

We decided to narrow our focus
Today, MedMo is built around complex rehab and powered mobility for adults with spinal cord, neurological, and serious mobility conditions. We act more like a hospital rehab department than a retail store: detailed evaluations, careful documentation, and long-term follow-up instead of one-time transactions.

How MedMo approaches every case
Clinical first
Every case starts with a detailed evaluation by our rehab team and ATPs. We match equipment to medical needs, lifestyle, and environment – not to what happens to be in stock.
Own the paperwork
We expect the documentation to be hard. Our team coordinates with therapists and physicians, prepares funding packets for Medicare, Nevada Medicaid, and insurers, and follows up so approvals don’t stall.
Fit in the real world
Delivery isn’t just dropping off a chair. We set up and adjust equipment where you live and move – bedside, in hallways, through doorways, and in vehicles where possible.
Stay for the long term
Bodies and conditions change. Our local technicians handle repairs and adjustments so equipment stays safe and useful instead of becoming another problem.
Serious equipment, serious standards
Serious equipment, serious standards
As a DMEPOS/CRT provider, MedMo follows national and state standards for equipment, infection control, documentation, adjustments, and repairs.
We maintain:
ACHC DMEPOS/CRT Accreditation
Federal & State licenses for durable medical equipment
Ongoing staff training on safety, emergency preparedness, and compliance
For patients and clinicians, this means we’re inspected, audited, and held to defined standards – not just “doing our own thing.

Why this work matters – and who we hire to do it
Why this work matters – and who we hire to do it
The right wheelchair or powered mobility device is not a small decision. It affects whether someone can safely get out of bed, reach their kitchen, see friends, keep working, and stay out of the hospital. Getting it wrong costs time, money, and sometimes long-term health.
Everything we do at MedMo – careful evaluations, extra documentation, longer fittings, follow-up calls, and local repairs – is built around protecting those decisions for medically fragile adults and the clinicians who care for them.
