How MedMo Referral Process Works

Typical timelines depend on payer and medical necessity. We’ll keep your team updated at key points: referral received, eval completed, funding submitted, funding decision, and scheduled delivery.

Submit our online form or fax the order; we confirm receipt and eligibility.

Clinical Evaluation

Our ATP evaluates the patient (with a therapist) to match seating, positioning, and drive controls to their goals.

Documentation & Funding

We compile all required notes, LMNs, order forms, and state-specific paperwork, then manage prior auth and payer communication.

Build, Delivery, & Follow Up

Once approved, we order, assemble, deliver, and fit the chair, then remain the first call for adjustments and repairs.
